Tania has extensive experience working with first time home buyers at one of Greater Victoria’s largest single-family home developments. She is meticulous with contracts, committed, honest, and approachable.

 

Tania's love of real estate stemmed from her mother’s career as a tenured realtor. Her inspiration then led her to join one of the US’s top real estate coaching companies led by real estate mogul Mike Ferry. She continues to have a 1-1 mentor through his professional real estate coaching program.

 

Tania is driven, but never at the cost of customer service. She believes in working with her clients through every step of the process and would not sacrifice this to take on more than she could commit to. She is laid back, easygoing, and seeks joy in making her clients happy by matching them with their ideal home. Tania understands the investment involved in making one of life’s largest purchases and wants to ensure her clients never feel left in the dark. She makes a point of having weekly follow ups with each of her clients and always makes herself available.

 

Tania fell in love with Vancouver Island when visiting from Ontario 13 years ago and has lived here ever since. She now enjoys working with clients located everywhere between Sidney, Mill Bay, and Sooke.
